The Cherry room- $175 per night, Friday and Saturday nights (weekend)

$155 per night mid week(Sunday-Thursday).

$140 per night for guests staying multi nights mid week. (Sunday-Thursday)

(weekends added to a multi-night mid week stay will be $155 per night).

The Sunset Room- $165 per night, Friday and Saturday nights (weekend)

$145 per night mid week(Sunday-Thursday).

$130 per night for guests staying multi nights mid week. ( Sunday-Thursday)

(weekends added to a multi-night mid week stay will be $145 per night).

The Orchard Room- $145 per night, Friday and Saturday nights(weekend)

$125 per night mid week ( Sunday-Thursday)

$115 per night for guests staying multi nights mid week.( Sunday-Thursday)

(weekends added to a multi-night mid week stay will be $125 per night).

There is a 12% CT state room tax to be added to each night's stay.

All quoted rates are for double occupancy (that is total for two people, not each).

For each extra person, there is a $15 charge.

We are sorry but multi night rates do not apply during holidays or special events.

 Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express and cash of course is always welcome

  We offer a 10% discount for Active Duty Military and retired personnel.

Our cancellation policy is as follows (updated 07/18/2007)

All reservations will require a major credit card to hold reservation. Overnight accommodations are to be paid in full at time of check-in and may be paid with credit card or cash. We accept Visa, Mastercard & Discover Card. Receipts will be available. If time permits, we will send a confirmation of a reservation out within 2 days. Cancellations require 7 days notice exclusive of your arrival date. A cancellation made up to seven days prior to scheduled arrival will be subject to a cancellation fee of $25 and will be charged to the identified credit card. Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the scheduled arrival date are subject to being charged for the full stay on all rooms reserved.

There are no refunds for early departure or cancellations made less than 7 days of scheduled arrival date.
